What the Bible says about Vandalism

Vandalism is actually a form of theft. Although the object itself is not stolen, the labor, money and time it will take to repair/replace the vandalized object is in effect what is stolen. Furthermore vandalism is against the law. Christians must follow the laws of the land they live in.
